AT&T Byron Nelson Advice and Picks
Brendon Todd won the AT&T Byron Nelson last year. It was his first PGA Tour win. He has been playing fairly well recently, last week at the Crowne Plaza he made the cut but finished at just -2. Chris Kirk won the tournament at -12, with Jordan Spieth and others in a tie for second place at -11.
Jordan Spieth played here at the age of 16 for his first career PGA Tour event. Spieth is familiar with the course, and he's one of the best players in the game of golf today. Patrick Rodgers will be in the field this year for the 2015 AT&T Byron Nelson, coming off a second place finish at Quail Hollow 2 weeks ago. And Cameron Smith will be playing on a sponsor exemption, he's an intriguing sleeper option because he has some great finishes this year.
Jason Day won the Byron Nelson in '10, and will look to capture another victory. Keegan Bradley and Rory Sabbatini have a history of playing well at the AT&T golf tournament as well. Dustin Johnson has 3 Top 10 finishes here. Adam Scott won at the Byron Nelson in '08, and is hitting his irons very well, while his big long putter is still below average. Worst of all, he's still missing short ones. But if he fixes that he is just as good as Rory Mcilroy and Jordan Spieth.
Phil Michelson won the AT&T in 96, followed by Tiger Woods in 97. Ernie Els won it before them in 95. More recently, Vijay Singh, Sergio Garcia, Jason Dufner, and Sangmoon Bae won as well.
Here's the list of payable's. Basically I like to make a big list of guys you should play, and building a roster from these picks will give you the best chance to win big money. Top picks are bolded, and interesting plays are underlined.
